Emily Bett Rickards, born on July 24 1991 in Canada, is an Canadian actor best known for playing Felicity Smoak on The CW TV series Arrow. Rickards is from British Columbia native. When she was a kid, Rickards began her professional career with musical theater, and then dancing. In later years, she was hoping to get into professional acting. She graduated from high school sooner than she anticipated and enrolled at the Vancouver Film School where she received her Acting Essentials Certificate.
