Paula Patton, an American actress and producer is best known for her roles as the lead in Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol (an action thriller) and Precious (a dramatic). While growing up with her family in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, Patton had many dreams. The idea of instilling a love for films in her daughter was something that was a gift from her mother, who was also a fan of movies. Paula was a part of co-curricular school events, and she was particularly interested in acting. Paula was a fan of acting with her classmates as well as participating in school productions. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School gave her many chances to perform throughout her schooling and she chose acting for a profession. In a summer program in the University of Southern California, she had a blast there. The program was the PBS 3-month assignment to make documentaries. She started as production assistant for television documentaries, after completing her task. Following the completion of her project, she started producing documentary films. She loved her work however, she always wanted to pursue a career as an actor. The romantic comedies Hitch she starred in a minor part alongside Will Smith. Since then, she's played in many famous television and film productions.
